5 Strategies to Regain Your Business Momentum: How to Move Past the Stuck
Let’s talk about it.
There comes a moment in every business where you hit a wall. You’re clear about the vision you have for the future, and you have the resources to keep your business in line. In fact, you’ve far exceeded farther than most people even dare to go. And still…things aren’t moving the way you want it to.
You’re stuck! You know the next level is possible but getting there seems challenging and daunting.
When you’re known for making power moves, slowing down to see where the block is doesn’t come naturally and might even feel like failure. It’s easy to then launch into the world of busy, in hopes that an answer will surface. You might even experience irritability and procrastination while engaged in the business because you see parts of what needs to be done but not enough to actually realize the result. To continue with this practice only leads to feeling unfulfilled in both life and business despite everything seemingly doing “good” or doing “well” to the outside world.
Being stuck is a sign that there’s a translucent wall that exists around you, and if you recognize the skewed view or limitation, it becomes an invitation to break through.

In this month’s blog, I’m offering 5 strategies that I personally use to breakthrough the limitation and get your momentum back. Because when you reconnect with what drives you, things start to flow. Let’s go.
Slow Down, Strategically
The first move? Pause. When you’re feeling stuck, slow down. Instinctively you might want to act quickly, however when you are failing to ascend to new heights of success in your business, your first most optimum move is stillness. Give yourself the space to think, re-evaluate, and listen.
“You can’t change a thing unless you know a thing”, so ask yourself:
Where is the resistance to expand really coming from?
What are you forcing that no longer fits?
The best breakthroughs often come in the quiet.
Check the Mirror Before the Map
Sometimes, it’s not the strategy that’s wrong - sometimes, it could be you and your mindset.
And I say that with love and leadership.
You’ve grown. You’re accomplished and others know it. The perception of you has changed. You have changed and your needs have shifted. Your identity as a founder, leader, and woman has expanded. But are you still trying to execute from a version of you that doesn’t exist anymore?
Programs like P3 Evolution, a self-paced program we created helps women like you reconnect with the real driver of business success: your alignment, and agency. When you evolve, everything else will too.
Reconnect With Your Real Why
If the fuel is burnt out, go back to the source.
What are you building this business for?
Who are you really trying to help?
What’s the ripple effect you want to create in the world?
Your “why” isn’t just for branding decks and Instagram bios, it’s the thing that keeps you grounded when the path isn’t clear. Recommit to it.
Upgrade the Narrative
“Language creates your reality - whether spoken out or internally.”
Most of the time it’s the internal narrative that keeps you stuck and it can show up as different things: past pains, fear, doubt - and thoughts that can seem normal to you at times, it becomes embedded so deep into your head that these thought patterns turn into habits.
“This is the only budget I can get.” or “There’s nobody else that could do it the way I envision it, so I have to do it.”
Remember: These thoughts, the way you put them into language, puts a cap on your business’ potential, your team’s, and ultimately even your own potential.
You can’t expand if you don’t see yourself in a bigger space, and you can’t move to a bigger space if you’re everywhere all at once.
So, recognize the block, the limitation, and recalibrate from where you are.
Get in Rooms That Expand You
Whenever you feel stuck, try to examine your surroundings. You may be trying to grow in the wrong environment. You cannot evolve in isolation, nor can you evolve if you’re constantly trapping yourself in echo chambers - in conversations and thoughts that are on repeat, with people who validate them, and go in agreement to the reels inside your head.
That’s why being around other powerhouse women matters. Women who get it. Women who are walking through pivots and expansions just like you. Women who may not always be in agreement with you, but will stay with you through difficult conversations.
You don’t need another basic mastermind or cute coworking space. You need strategy, elevation, and sisterhood.
That’s what we’re building inside P3 Evolution®, and that’s the room you’re being called into.
I’ll say it again - this is your invitation for a breakthrough. It’s the beginning of your elevation, but only if you’re bold enough to lean in and only if you stop managing your business from who you were and start leading from who you’re becoming.
So, let’s evolve together. Your momentum is waiting.
