This six-month intensive program is to teach you to think like a winning business owner. We take you out of employee mentality and into the world of entrepreneurship. From this new perspective you will learn from experts the important aspects of business: leadership, financials, marketing and sales, recruitment and staff development, capital, vision, accounting, and what to focus on first as a new start up.
At the end you will be armed and ready to create a strategic plan that has sustainability and a mind-set for success.
