Play a game worth winning . . .

We need to find ways to bridge the gap between genders so that we are playing a game worth winning – not one that divides, but one that gels, ebbs and flows.

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that there is strength in numbers, but there’s a rippling, rolling effect in diverse collaborations. Call on your counterparts. In fact, I dare anyone bold and on purpose who considers themselves my opposite to call me and ask to partner. I promise you, it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever done!
