The P3 Group is excited to be a part of your fitness goals!
The P3 Group is a training and development to both the corporate and public sector. Our training focuses on Personal Development, Business Development and Health and Well Being from the inside out.
We believe in the mind, body and soul approach!
Our P3 Fitness Coach and Trainers will encourage, motivate and hold you accountable to achieve your goals. You are in the driver’s seat of your life.
Here are our fitness programs:
The P3 Fitness Power Packed Group Training Session - These group sessions include a variety of workouts to insure maximum results. Expect circuit training, high and low impact cardio, weight training, abs training, and much more! Don’t be shocked when our P3 Fitness Coach focuses on you directly during a group session or call you to check your progress..
Scheduled Sessions are offered multiple times per week. Attend as often as you’d like.

Each P3 Fitness Power Packed Group Training Session participants will receive a complimentary membership to The Recreation Center of Spring Lake. Cost: $150 per month
The P3 Fitness Personal Training Program - These individual sessions are customized specifically with your goals in mind. We offer an array of fitness plans that will strengthen your body, aid in losing weight, tone your muscles, build muscle and increase your self esteem.
Your P3 Fitness Personal Trainer will analyze your progress and intensify your plan according to the current and future goals.
Each P3 Fitness Personal Training client will also receive a complimentary One on One Coaching Session(value $125) regarding Mind, Body and Spirit with one of our Professional Facilitators of The P3 Group, Inc. Client must call within 7 days to schedule the coaching session.
Costs: $60 per hour, $55 for senior citizens, Or 2 Sessions per week for 3 months at $375 per month which includes a membership to The Recreation Center of Spring Lake, NC.
