Lisa H. Thomas – CEO
As CEO of The P3 Group, Inc. and The P3 Group International, LLC., the publisher of The P3 Power Boost Online Magazine and host of The P3 Power Boost Radio Show, Lisa Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in business, executive leadership and success coaching. Her career is a reflection on this one vision: anyone who aligns their purpose with the right tools, strategies and systems can succeed.
In all of her roles, Lisa has worked extensively with print, television and radio media. She has been a featured columnist, success coach and business strategist on Affiliate NPR, The Cary News, Fox 8 TV, Today.com’s Black America, NBC and WFDD, the longest continuously broadcasting public radio station in North Carolina.
She consults and collaborates with corporations and nonprofit organizations in both the public and private sectors with a repertoire including leadership and business initiatives. Her clients include: American Express Travel Related Services, Georgia Pacific, AVON, Helping Every Day Youth, Chrysalis Capital Management, TRP Meetings, LLC, The City of Greensboro, Gainesville Hall Community Service Center, North Carolina A&T State University, Wake Forest University, The Town of Spring Lake, Curves For Women, and Prudential Realtors to name a few.
Lisa has grown The P3 Group, Inc. to include customized workshops, specialized training, business consulting, an internet radio show and an online woman’s magazine. However, she is best known for her business and leadership coaching and consulting where she has an amazing ability to facilitate leaders to be more effective and productive in their roles. Through her initiatives, clients are making history and impacting their communities at large.
Lisa, a Former President of the Board of Directors of NetWorth – an organization comprised of the most successful women in Cumberland County – and has also been identified as the preferred Coach and Consultant by WNCN, NBC’s My Carolina Today for guest appearances to discuss life, business and leadership challenges.
Lisa serves and participates as a contributor to the Business Succession Forum Network; a Business Network offered through Methodist University’s Center for Entrepreneurship.
She recently accepted an award for being a woman of Power, Purpose and Vision on November 1, 2014 by the Hazel B. Neal Foundation. She has contributed time and talent to this organization for the last 8 years.
