She is CEO of SBTV.com - small business television - video news for small businesses. Her latest book is A Girls Guide to Building a Million Dollar Business.

She has literally taken SBTV.com into a multimillion enterprise in a matter of a few years. Susan exemplifies the authority on what it takes to bring vision into reality.

Susan and I were finally able to catch up with each other just as the workday began. With a schedule like Susan’s, appearing on Fox & Friends, ABC News, Fox News over 30 radio stations and running SBTV.com, I was particularly in awe of her graceful presence, powerful yet soft spoken voice and focus. Susan is most certainly a woman who has created a clear vision, knows who she is and owns her power.

We talked candidly about her journey. Susan has a strong passion for entrepreneurship as well as a passion to inspire and educate women to build million dollar businesses; how to be a role model, so anyone can build a million dollar business. She’s a product of the entrepreneurial spirit. Her mother was an entrepreneur as well.

Susan and I talk a lot about vision; how and why it’s one of the primary reasons businesses fail ….and particularly why women flounder or don’t excel in business.
