Bringing the sexy back into your business!
Retail stores have amassed enormous wealth to the tune of billions of dollars in the design, marketing and implementation of the ultimate power suit. What is the power really about? The power suit is giving women the power to do what, exactly? When thinking of appearance, is it the power to be or simply appear a certain way? What is power?
In a YouTube video with American Express CEO, Ken Chenault and Author and Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg, Ken talks about empowerment and accountability; empowering women to lean in more as author Sheryl advocates.
Lisa Thomas, President of The P3 Group, Inc. says “I love Sheryl’s concept of asking women to ‘Lean In’, however I’m asking that some of us may need to simply ‘Sit Up!’ Women can have greater rewards, success, productivity, effectiveness and happiness finding the power within that spans beyond the material fibers of a power suit. To sit up in your boldness, femininity, individuality/uniqueness and sexuality/ strength of being all woman is the ultimate power.”
In the new added P3 programs, workshops and coaching, we are tackling taboo subjects like seduction, sex, politics/business, vulnerability and femininity. All of these types of forbidden terms are being dismantled through our innovative thought provoking programs within a safe environment; giving women access to being feminine, sexy and powerful all at the same time, says Thomas.
Lisa Thomas also echoes the sentiment of Ken and agrees that empowerment and accountability along with responsibility are a must. Being feminine, sexy and powerful can have an adverse effect. However, she is firm that with a clear understanding of one’s value, worth, purpose and vision, these qualities add strength to a woman’s ability to make more money and exceed goals; far more than the simple appearances of a power suit. She reveals her own secrets that led to a 50% increase in revenue by simply “Sitting Up” and owning the power that lies within as the woman she has become.
In the upcoming program, “Leading and Living Powerfully” P3 facilitators will begin this transformative process with women in business. These are women who lead the way but want to gain greater access to the strength that lies within their femininity. We suggest that women who take on masculine roles or exude an independent demeanor push their feminine qualities out front and center.
Lisa will often present these questions to women as food for thought. What is seduction? What do women make it mean in business? Why is it a forbidden word? What is it not in business? Do men and women do it differently? What does society say about it?
Come join a group of powerful women as they dissect these questions and more. This life changing event is hosted by The P3 Group, Inc.
