Janet Hendley - P3 Life Coach

Janet Hendley brings a wealth of knowledge and power in the area of coaching on personal matters of the heart.

Janet Hendley has worked with the P3 Group since 2004. Janet has over 500 hours of training and experience as a life coach and can offer coaching in particular in the following areas:

• Women dealing with cancer or other illnesses either as a patient or caregiver.
• Women coping with relocation.
• Women seeking or exploring a non-traditional career..
• Women ready to rebuild a life after a long term marriage ends.

Janet came from England for a three year assignment with her former husband and her 2 infant sons in 1985 and ended up making her home in the US. They spent 3 years in Goldsboro, NC, then 13 years in the Francisco Bay area before relocating to Greensboro NC in 2001.

Janet’s first career was teaching high school English in England and college English in NC. When she lived in California, she was the sole proprietor of a woodwork business and designed and built custom furniture and functional pieces of art.

She also taught woodshop at adult night school. When she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999, she closed her woodshop and after the year of cancer treatment, built over 8 years a fashion business, becoming an independent Sales Manager with an international direct sales company. In 2005, she and her husband of 33 years separated and she transitioned into single life and created a new career for herself at UNC Greensboro as the Assistant to the Director of Development for the School of Nursing.
